Morpurgo and Rauf Class Protecting Our Planet
Morpurgo class and Rauf class took part in the PROTECTING OUR PLANET – POP23 LIVE – 30th November 2023. Morpurgo class took part in ‘Protecting our Forests and Earth’ and Rauf class took part in ‘Protecting our Ice and Oceans’. They were absolutely enthralled throughout the sessions. Morpurgo Class saw the EDEN project in Cornwall – live – and were able to see a ‘real’ rainforest and the importance of protecting it and the benefits of it. Rauf Class ‘travelled’ to Antarctic and saw the effects of global warming to the ice. They were fascinated by the sheer scale of the ice.
A fantastic experience for all the children.
